A minimum of twelve (12) hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations will result in loss of the booking deposit. Clients accumulating five (5) late cancellations will be required to submit a 50% non-refundable prepayment for future appointments. This prepayment will be applied toward the final service total. No-call/no-show appointments will result in deposit forfeiture and require a 50% non-refundable prepayment for future bookings. After two (2) no-call/no-show occurrences, booking privileges may be revoked.
